Purchase Policy/ Pay Premium Online

Now customer can procure Postal Life Insurance online and pay premium online by visiting the following website

• Click Quote menu in the drop down of Purchase a Policy
• Generate the quote by entering valid phone number, email id and correct PIN code.
• Name of nearest Head Post Office will Pop up based on the provided PIN code
• Customer to fill the Proposal Form
• Customer can make initial premium through link provided in email or ‘initial payment menu’ in the drop down of Purchase a Policy
• Customer then upload the relevant documents through Document upload menu in the drop down of Purchase a policy Customer Portal.
• Selected Head Post Office will download the document and initiate further processing
• Policy Bond will be issued to customer through Registered Post.
